Prospero, Duke of Milan, usurped and exiled by his very own brother, controls a remote island. His only companions are his lovely daughter Miranda and his servants the spirit Ariel and his deformed slave Caliban. When Prospero raises a violet windstorm (a tempest) to wreck this deceitful brother and his companions on the remote island, he can finally wreak his revenge!
Today our T3 classes at the Marnix College got the chance to follow a Tempest workshop with Marc, Victoria and Katy from the Shakespeare In Performance Project. The students got the opportunity to get to grips with the story and Shakespearean language, play a role, work as a team and most importantly be creative!
